Middle School Camp
Summer Camp 2008
Texas Student Television is the student television station at The University of Texas. Counselors for the camps will consist of award winning Broadcast Journalism and Radio-Television-Film majors who work at TSTV.
When:
Session 1 - Production Camp: June 9-13; 9:00am-1:00pm
Session 2 - News Camp: July 14-18; 9:00am-1:00pm

Time: 9am - 1pm
Cost: $225/person per session
Age: Incoming 6th, 7th, and 8th graders.
Extras: Lunch, T-shirt
Lunches: Mix of both hot and cold lunches (ex. sandwiches or pizza).

News Camp
Television: Learn all about TV news; how to write, shoot, and edit. Kids will produce
a news show that will air on TSTV and Time Warner Cable Channel 16.
Radio: Learn how to DJ on air. Produce a music/news show airing on KVRX 91.7FM.
Production Camp
Television:Learn how to produce an entertainment program or a music video show like MTV or VH1.
Kids will produce a show that will air on TSTV and Time Warner
Cable Channel 16.
Radio: Learn how to DJ on air. Produce a music/news show airing on KVRX 91.7FM.
